A neighbourhood institution. The warm, bohemian interior, drenched in atmosphere, entices one to linger well into the night. The thin-based pizzas and mouth-watering pastas make a visit to Bobo a must. There is a reasonably priced wine list, or bring your own bottle (corkage R15).

Very popular with local families, Breugels serves good, thin-based pizzas. The menu also features a selection of pasta dishes, and caters for vegetarians. Patrons are encouraged to draw on the paper tablecloths. You can take your own bottle of wine (corkage charged at R14), but there is a small but well-priced winelist.

Enchiladas, tortilla, quesadillas, nachos - the Fat Cactus has them all, done in a myriad of ways, as well as great hamburgers and even a salad for the health conscious.
